1. Who we are
Lagerli is a software solution for stock and material management aimed at small and medium-sized installation businesses in Switzerland (plumbing, heating, electrical, service, assembly).
2. What data we process
We process only the data needed to operate the app:
- Account data: email, name, role, company name.
- Operational data: items, locations, stock, movements, requests, orders.
- Optional: photos of locations / items (if uploaded).
- Technical logs (IP, browser, timestamp) for error analysis and security.
3. What we use the data for
- Providing the app's functions.
- Authentication and security.
- Sending operational emails (low stock, new requests, maintenance) only to recipients who have enabled this in settings.
- Error analysis and improvement of the app.
4. Sharing with third parties
We use the following providers:
- Supabase — database hosting (EU region).
- Vercel — hosting of the app.
- Resend — sending transactional emails.
- OpenAI — processing of AI requests, only when the user actively uses the AI assistant. No personal data is sent to OpenAI.
- PostHog (optional) — anonymised product analytics.
- Sentry (optional) — error monitoring.
5. Retention period
Data is stored for as long as the account is active. After contract termination we delete the data within 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
6. Your rights
- Information about the data stored about your person.
- Correction of incorrect data.
- Deletion of data (unless a retention obligation applies).
- Data portability (export in machine-readable format).
