General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern the contractual relationship between the provider of Lagerli and customers who use the Lagerli software.

2. Scope of services

Lagerli provides a web application for stock, material and vehicle management for installation businesses. The scope includes stock management, material requests, orders, stock counts and maintenance.

3. Account and responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered.
  • Access credentials must be treated confidentially.
  • The customer manages user and role rights within their account independently.

4. Availability

We strive for high availability. A specific availability (SLA) is not guaranteed in this beta phase. Maintenance windows are announced in advance.

5. Data and backups

We perform regular backups at the infrastructure level. The customer is also encouraged to export their own data regularly.

6. Prices and payment

Conditions are set out in a separate offer or subscription contract. During the pilot phase, conditions may differ.

7. Liability

Liability is limited within the legally permissible framework to intent and gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss is excluded as far as legally permissible.

8. Contract term and termination

The contract runs for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party with a notice of 30 days to the end of the month, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the seat of the provider.
